Thought I’d share with you one of the ways we help vendors market their property. We use a fantastic service from local St Albans company - 360 Virtual Viewing.
In a nutshell, it’s a way of photographing your home in very high quality that lets people view your home in 360 degrees. They can do this on any device, such as a mobile phone or computer. I’m often told by vendors and buyers that “it’s like being there!”.
Paul and Tina of 360° Virtual Viewing visit your home and using state of the art camera equipment take a series of photographs and create a 360-degree view in each of your rooms and the outside.
We use those high-quality images in marketing your home and the feedback we consistently get is: ‘the service is really good’, ‘modern’ and ‘such a brilliant way to market your home’.
