The Property Academy has embarked on the biggest ever study of the British estate agency industry in its quest to shine a light on the best performing agents and improve customer service standards.
The study focuses on the consumer experience and involves analysis of hundreds of thousands of data points, as well as a large-scale mystery shopping exercise.
We’ve teamed up with the market-leading property portal Rightmove for this initiative, providing us with access to an unrivalled breadth and depth of data based on the interactions of both agents and consumers, as well as the performance of over 1 million individual property listings at any time.
We are also investing heavily in the largest mystery shopping exercise of its kind ever undertaken in the industry. As well as adding an important qualitative measure, we are excited about the insights and opportunities for learning that this part of the study is revealing.
