We just want to say a massive thank you for all your teams’ hard work on the sale of our house. We had most agents from St Albans through to value the property to help us decide whom to sell the property for us. Many agents quoted a higher sale price than you did, but you gave realistic truthful advice that has stood us in good stead these past few months. My initial reaction was that we should go with your company and my gut instinct was proven correct.

Steve has gone out of his way to sell this house for us and has been available to us at all hours of the day and never has seemed frustrated at our calls, and, even if he was, he certainly never showed it. We, on the other hand, have tried to go to see houses as potential purchasers through other agents in St Albans these past few weekends and have been told by one that they were too busy to show us through any properties that weekend, but would get back to us. Three weeks later I am yet to get a call back from them!

I really do not have the words to express our gratitude and I am sure you know this already, but you really do have the best team in St Albans working for you, they are an asset to your company and also are out there working so hard to do their best for each and every vendor that you have, but at the same time made us feel that we were the only vendors you had on your books the service was so personal and second to none.

No word can describe Steve any better than to say that the man was born to sell houses, he has a real passion for his job and is just amazing and is someone that neither of us will every forget.
